Data privacy declaration
We drew up this data privacy declaration (version 24.11.2018-211080053) in order to explain to you which information we collect, how we use data and which options for decisions you have as a visitor to this website based on the general data protection regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the data privacy law (DSG) of the Republic of Austria.
Unfortunately, it is the nature of things that these explanations sound very technical, but during the compilation of this document we endeavoured to describe the most important things as simple and as clearly as possible.
Automatic data storage
When you are visiting these days a website, certain information will be compiled and stored – on this website as well.
When you visit the website, like just now, our webserver (the computer where the website is stored) automatically stores data such as
- the address (URL) of the retrieved website
- browser and version of browser
- the operating system that is used
- the address (URL) of the site that was visited previously (referrer URL)
- the host name and the IP address of the device from which the website is accessed
- date and time
This data is stored in files (webserver log files).
Webserver log files are stored generally for 2 weeks and will then be automatically deleted. We will not pass on these files, but we cannot exclude that these files will be accessed in case of an unlawful conduct.
The legal basis according to article 6, paragraph 1, lit f of the general data protection regulation – GDPR of the EU (lawfulness of processing) is based on the fact that there is justified interest to enable a trouble free operation of this website by means of the capturing of the webserver log files.
Storage of personal data
Personal information such as name, e-mail address, physical address and other personal information that you transfer to us electronically in the context of a form or comments in a blog, will be used by us together with the time and the IP address only for the indicated purpose. We will not pass on your personal information without your consent, but we cannot exclude that this data will be accessed in case of an unlawful conduct.
In case that you submit personal information per e-mail – thus not through the website – we cannot guarantee for a secure transmission and for the protection of your data. We recommend to you, to never transmit confidential information unencrypted.
The legal basis according to article 6, paragraph 1, lit f of the general data protection regulation – GDPR of the EU (lawfulness of processing) is based on the fact that you gave us permission to process the data that was transmitted by you. You can simply revoke this permission any time with an informal e-mail. You can find our contact details in the imprint.

According to the stipulations in the GDPR and the data privacy law (DSG) of the Republic of Austria you are entitled to the following rights:
