‘Go bankrupt’, ‘make a business deal’ and ‘break off negotiations’ are all examples of collocations. Collo – what? Collocations are combinations of two or more words that always go together. Just think of them as words that like to hang out together. By learning groups of words and putting these chunks together allow you to become more proficient in learning English and this is exactly how native English speakers talk.
Ok, so why should you learn them?
1)  Do you want your English to flow?
2)  Do you want to speak more naturally?
3)  Do you want your English speaking clients to understand you more easily?
